About Tevis

Tevis is a 13-year-old girl being raised by Kitty (whom she calls “Aunt”) and Ben in a remote cottage in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. While her urban peers spend their days texting, x-boxing and tivo-ing, Tevis helps Aunt Kitty with the mending, gathers chicken eggs, tends the garden with Ben and watches the pollywogs in the creek transform into frogs.

Tevis is the creation of Sarah Wylie Slater.
