		<description>Sounds delicious.  I always loved the huge sour cooking Bramley apples from back home, but haven&#039;t found anything similar over here yet.  From what I&#039;ve read it&#039;s mainly a British apple.  Kind of sour when raw (which I loved, but I think that puts me in the minority), but just right cooked.</description>
